The utilities produced by the source code ONLY work with AMIBIOS8 (legacy BIOS) 1B module. The 1B module is the main module of AMIBIOS8, akin to original.tmp in (legacy) Award BIOS. The current AMI BIOS splitter/combiner utilities only support 1B modules from 'AMIBIOS8' variants, i.e. AMIBIOS binaries which are built based on AMIBIOS8 code base.
