Penguins Attack TD 2 Developer: Jon Bartram Game Overview: With so many tower defense games coming out, it can take a long time to find one that has the right mix of challenge, strategy, turret options, intelligent map design, and enemy types. Penguins Attack TD 2 contains all of the best elements from a variety of tower defense games and combines them into a fun, objective based game with the possibility for hours of play. The goal is to prevent the enemies from reaching the exit by placing your gun turrets in logical positions on the map. Each level starts the player with a certain amount of money to build the initial defenses, and you will earn money with each kill to further fortify your defenses for the next enemy wave. One remarkable element is path-finding enemies that walk the shortest distance through your turrets and along the path. This creates the possibility to set up you own line of obstacles and makes the positioning of your turrets much more important when working on a limited budget. In addition to walking enemies, there are also flying enemies which require special turret types to defend against.

Each type of enemy has particular strengths and weaknesses which can be targeted with the different types of turrets. New turrets are unlocked with player level upgrades. Turrets can be upgraded to provide a larger radius, more power, and a faster reload time.
